Our History
During the hardship of the Great Depression, B.E. and Mabel Atkinson founded their candy business, seeing candy as an affordable treat everyone could enjoy. Their timeless recipes quickly became a source of joy for families as they built the company from the ground up. Over 90 years later, Atkinson Candy Company remains a testament to their dedication, proudly owned and operated by the third generation of the Atkinson family.
